What Fellows Do
Fellows are the engine of TNT. You'll support our accelerator program in various ways, from helping founders with research and strategy to organizing events and connecting founders with resources. The role is flexible and adapts to your skills and interests, but one thing is constant: you'll be working with the best and making a real impact.
Fellow Roles
Fellows can take on specialized roles based on their interests and skills. Each role offers unique opportunities to make an impact and develop expertise in different areas of startup operations.
VC and Investor Relations
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow TNT's list of venture funds, angels, accelerators, and scouts
- Coordinate investor office hours, pitch sessions, panels, and judging participation
- Prepare investor materials including one pagers, cohort summaries, and Demo Day packets
- Support investor involvement across accelerator programming and events
Sponsors, Partners, and Mentors
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with corporate sponsors, law firms, tool partners, and institutional supporters
- Create and support sponsorship packages for Demo Day, the Startupathon, and other major TNT events
- Build and maintain TNT's mentor and judge network
- Coordinate mentor matching and communication throughout the accelerator
Accelerator Operations
Responsibilities:
- Manage cohort scheduling, weekly programming, mentor sessions, and logistics
- Track team progress and coordinate communication with founders
- Handle all forms, signups, and administrative workflows
- Support preparation and execution of Demo Day and other culminating events
Events
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute TNT's major events including Demo Day and the MBA Startupathon
- Oversee venues, AV, catering, scheduling, RSVPs, and run of show
- Support smaller community events across MIT and Harvard
- Coordinate speakers, partners, and participants to ensure smooth event delivery
Community and Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Support awareness and recruiting across MIT MBAs, HBS MBAs, MIT undergrads, Harvard undergrads, and PhD groups
- Coordinate community events, meetups, and collaborations with campus organizations
- Capture event photos and help publish updates on TNT channels
- Assist with general marketing tasks and event promotion
Chief of Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support coordination across all TNT functions including accelerator operations, partnerships, marketing, and events
- Maintain internal organization, documentation, and weekly updates
- Assist with decks, sponsorship materials, and communication workflows
- Lead special cross functional projects such as TNT's internal CRM and virtual hackathon
