What is a TNT Fellow?

TNT Fellows are paid students from MIT and Harvard who build and run the TNT community. Fellows organize events like demo days, hackathons, and build nights, work alongside startup founders, and are embedded across campus to know who's building what.

How do I apply to become a TNT Fellow?

Apply through the TNT Fellows application at tnt.so/fellows. We recruit fellows each semester and look for students passionate about startups and entrepreneurship who want to contribute to the TNT community.

What do TNT Fellows do?

TNT Fellows run events (demo days, hackathons, build nights, firesides), build community across MIT and Harvard, work alongside cohort founders, and act as campus intelligence for the TNT network. It's a paid, operational role with direct access to investors and founders.

Get Involved

Become a TNT Fellow

TNT Fellows build the largest founder community at MIT and Harvard. You run the events, bring people together, and know who's building what before anyone else. This isn't a fellowship where you sit in meetings. You're organizing 300-person demo days, running hackathons, and working alongside the founders.

Open to current MIT and Harvard students.

What You'll Do

You're not reviewing decks or writing memos. You're building something.

Events

Plan and run demo days, hackathons, build nights, co-founder matching, and firesides. You own the logistics and make it happen.

Community

Be the person everyone knows on campus. Grow awareness, run outreach, and connect founders with each other and the broader network.

Campus Intelligence

Know who's building what across MIT and Harvard. You're embedded in the labs, clubs, and dorms where the next great company is forming.

Founder Support

Work alongside cohort teams. Help them prep for demo day, connect them with mentors, and be a resource throughout the program.
