1Company name A working name is fine. You can change it later.

2Founders One card per person. Add everyone who is a founder today, not people you hope to recruit.

3How did you meet, how long have you known each other, and what have you built together? If you have not built anything together yet, say that. Write as much or as little as you need.

4How is equity split between you, and is it vested? One line. "Not decided yet" is acceptable.

5Who writes the code, or does the technical work? Was any of it done by someone who is not a founder?

6Are you looking for a co-founder?

7Brag about yourself. What is the most impressive thing you or your co-founders have done? Competitions won, papers published, things you built that people use, companies started, records held, jobs you got before you were supposed to. Specifics beat adjectives.

11Does your work depend on university IP? Patents, licensed technology, or research done in a lab.

13What have you built so far? Users, revenue, pilots, LOIs, working product, research results, design partners. Give numbers where you have them and say so where you have none.

14How long have you been working on this, and how much of that full-time?

15What did you get done on this idea in the last month, before this application? Code shipped, customers talked to, experiments run, hires made. Dates and counts.

16What has to be true for this to work, and what is most likely to kill it? The honest version. We are not testing whether you sound confident.

17What do you want out of TNT?

18Six months from now, what would make this a success? Name the milestone or metric you want to be judged on.

19Have you raised outside capital?

20How much, from whom, and on what instrument? SAFE cap, priced round, grant, or accelerator check.

06Commitment

Teams in TNT move fast. Founders join sure they already move fast, then look back three months later and see how slow they were. The pace covers every part of the company. Product, go-to-market, hiring, fundraising. Expect late nights on any day of the week. You won't do it alone. Your cohort and accelerator leadership build right next to you and answer when you need them.
