TNT is designed to be founder-aligned. We write your initial check, push you to succeed, and help you raise from follow-on investors. The deal is the same for every team, sized to the cohort at a set valuation, and we don’t take more than 3%.
Evaluate the ownership you give up alongside what TNT can help you build. A partner working with you weekly and TNT’s network of experienced founders, operators, investors, potential customers and technical talent can matter even if you do not need the money. Read the funding FAQ.
